New Wellesley College Employee Resource Groups
The Office of Human Resources & Equal Opportunity has been working with employees interested in strengthening our community and we are delighted to announce two new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that are in the process of forming:
  • A group of faculty and staff members who identify themselves as having a disability are interested in talking with others who identify themselves similarly. The group will maintain confidentiality while providing mutual support and sharing useful information related to disability.  If interested, please contact Jim Wice, Director of Disability Services,
  • An ERG for Employees Engaged in Care-giving is forming to provide support for faculty and staff balancing the demands of caring for children and adults while working. The group will focus on building resilience, providing care-giving resources and strategies for self-care, and providing a supportive environment for well-being and community at Wellesley. If interested, please contact Sarah Staley, Director of Talent Management and Development,
The ERGs provide our employees with professional and social networks to connect with colleagues across the Wellesley community in a supportive and safe environment. For more information about existing ERGs including the Staff Members of Color ERG (contact Pam Taylor, Assistant Provost for Institutional Planning & Assessment, and the LGBTQ+ ERG (contact Sara Ludovissy, Assistant Archivist,
